Mr Modi should allow Delhigovernment to work," the Delhi Home Minister said. The minister also sought to know detail of works done byLG when Delhi was under the President’s rule. Citing National Crime Record Bureau (NCRB) figures, thathas put the number of last year’s rape cases in Delhi at2,199–highest among the union territories, Jain said, "Theyhave made Delhi a rape capital and stalking capital."
