Mumbai: The long-awaited ‘Dhunki’ trailer is finally out, with Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role alongside Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and others. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the trailer offers glimpses into the eagerly awaited storyline, unveiling more poignant moments from the heartwarming story. With a scheduled theatrical release on December 21, the film is set to clash with Prabhas’ ‘Salaar.’
Following the release of ‘Dunki’ Drop 1, the teaser, ‘Dunki’ Drop 2 with the song ‘Lutt Putt Gaya,’ and ‘Dunki’ Drop 3 featuring the track ‘Nikle The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se,’ the creators have now released the trailer, referred to as ‘Dunki’ Drop 4. The opening scene features SRK on a train, establishing the mood for the forthcoming adventure. The video introduces a cast of wonderfully whimsical characters, commencing with Hardy (played by SRK) as he arrives in a picturesque village in Punjab. Here, he encounters a spirited group of friends – Manu, Sukhi, Buggu, and Balli – all united by a common dream of journeying to London in pursuit of better opportunities and a brighter future for their loved ones back home.
Capturing a myriad of emotions in a single frame, this heartwarming tale follows four friends on an extraordinary journey to foreign lands, brimming with challenges and life-altering experiences. The trailer artfully unveils the layers of friendship and love, taking the audience on an exhilarating ride along the Dunki route—the path these friends traverse to reach their desired destination.
